Recently, the signing ceremony of working agreement between Norinco and CITS/UGA has been held in Beijing. In order to learn the experience of international reference to perfect the ICP, Norinco has been building the cooperation relationship with CITS since 2006, which effectively controls and keeps a lookout on the risk of export operation. There is new stage of the cooperation between Norinco and CITS/UGA by signed the agreement.
