On the afternoon of January 10th, 2006, Doctor Victor, an expert on export control from American Georgia University, Ms. Qu Jianling, an export control official from American Embassy in China and Ms. Zhao Peining, an expert on finance, visited NORINCO.
As a senior researcher from the International Trade and Security Center in Georgia University, Doctor Victor came to China mainly to find out the attitude of Chinese government and enterprises on export control and to collect materials for his own research. NORINCO introduced its business nature and scope, and made clear its position on nonproliferation. In addition, NORINCO introduced the work on ICP construction and refuted the unreasonable sanction by American government.
